About Ziggy's

Ziggy's is a recently revived live music venue in downtown Greensboro that reopened in 2025 — reclaiming a name with deep roots in the North Carolina music scene. The venue sits at 523 S Elm Street and bills itself with the tagline “Roots • Rock • Reggae.” With a capacity in the neighborhood of 400 people, it offers an intimate concert-club experience.

Since reopening, Ziggy’s has aimed to reestablish itself as a hub for community and live music in the Triad region — bringing back the ethos of its prior incarnations by booking a mix of reggae, rock, roots, and other genres. Their schedule routinely features everything from open-mic nights and up-and-coming local bands to touring acts, giving music fans in Greensboro a space to enjoy energetic, grassroots live shows
